This toner contains a high concentration of Glycolic Acid that helps to refine and improve the appearance of photo-aged skin.

Apply to cotton pads and tone face and neck.  Can dampen pads with water to acclimatise skin if it feels too strong.  Do not use for a prolonged period indefinitely.
